Luke Bush was tragically killed in a road accident yesterday, 10th April 2010.
Born in Goulburn, New South Wales (NSW), Australia, on 1st October 1991, the eighteen year old Bush was a very promising cricketer - a left arm medium pace bowling all-rounder.
Having graduated from secondary school, The Trinity Catholic College in 2009, Bush was in his first year of study at the University of Canberra.
He played his cricket for Queanbeyan CC, one of the oldest cricket clubs in southern NSW and had represented Australian Capital Territories at U17 and U19 levels.
He was due to travel to Ireland to play as the professional for Dublin University (Trinity College) CC in Leinster Division 2 later this month.
