Dublin University(DU) eased into the 2010 Intervarsity Final with a facile victory over the University of Ulster in College Park today. The other semi-final between Waterford Institute of Technology and Dublin City University (DCU) was rained off and the teams will face a 'bowl-out' tomorrow morning to decide who will play DU in the final.
Meanwhile in a tournament dogged with controversy, Cover Point is investigating the circumstances in which DCU progressed to the semi-final - in particular their quarter-final match with Griffith College, Dublin. More will follow on this story.
